The music scene runs on connections. But finding the right artists or getting discovered as one often still happens through endless Instagram scrolling, random DMs, outdated link collections, or word of mouth.
Artist Spotter was built to make this part easier. Not by turning the scene into another social media platform. Not by replacing agencies, managers, or personal connections. And definitely not by adding another algorithm to fight against. Instead, Artist Spotter is a simple tool for visibility and discovery.
Artist Spotter is a platform where DJs, producers, collectives, and bookers can connect more directly.
Artists create one professional profile with:
Bookers can then browse artists by genre, vibe, and city to find acts that actually fit their lineup.
No endless social media research. No “link in bio” chaos. No inbox full of missed DMs. Just a cleaner way to connect.
We’ve spent years inside club culture, collectives, events, radio shows, workshops, and booking processes ourselves. One thing became obvious very quickly:
There’s no real infrastructure for smaller and independent artists. Big agencies exist for established acts. Social media rewards visibility, not necessarily quality. And most discovery still depends on who already knows who.
Artist Spotter is our attempt to build something in between:
A space where artists can present themselves professionally and become easier to discover. Without needing a manager, agency, or thousands of followers.
Artist Spotter is not:
There are no likes. No followers. No boosted posts. No paid visibility. And there are no plans to introduce artist subscription fees or commissions. We believe visibility in music scenes should not depend entirely on advertising budgets or platform mechanics.
Bookers can send booking inquiries directly through artist profiles. Artists receive requests via email and can manage an overview of inquiries inside their dashboard. Communication itself happens directly between artists and bookers (not through a built-in chat system). This keeps things lightweight, direct, and flexible.
Artist Spotter is still new. A lot will change, improve, and evolve over time. We’re building this platform together with the scene, which means feedback matters a lot to us. Missing features, bugs, weird copy, ideas, criticism, or suggestions: we genuinely read all of it.
If you’re an artist, collective, promoter, or simply someone active in the scene: thanks for being here early. <3
Let’s see where this goes.
